Pure Salon is here to make you happy, and we back that up with our Adjustment Policy. Services are non-refundable and will be credited in the form of salon credit for an adjustment of your dislikes and is valid up to 7 days after service.Â
PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Pure Salon is here to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
CANCELATION POLICY
Our schedule is dedicated to our clients and their needs, but when we have a no-show or last minute cancellation we cannot fill that appointment with another person. As a result we require at least 24 hours notification via text or phone to cancel an appointment. For reasons other than emergencies, any cancellation or no-show under 24 hours would incur a fee of 50% of service scheduled. Card on file is required for all appointment bookings to secure your appointment times at Pure Salon and Spa. Your card will never be charged unless there is a cancellation under 24 hours.
